# How do you test your thyroid neck when you feel the paint?

Tissue examination is applied to nodules with poor inner shape or larger than 1 cm. The needle wash test is performed without anesthesia, and sometimes bleeding or swelling occurs after the test, but it disappears in a day or two. Although it was not immediately identified as cancer, if atypical cells are visible or nodular internal cells are not properly obtained, the test is proceeding again after 6 months to 1 year. If there is no problem with the shape and size of the nodule, it will be managed by regular ultrasound. However, if the size is large and there is any inconvenience in life by pressing the esophagus or airway, it is removed by surgical process or high frequency surgery.

The heat from this needle is used to burn the tumor to necrosis, but the bump does not decrease immediately, and the necrotized tissue disappears and slowly becomes smaller.
